Returns, Exchanges, Refunds Policy

Return an Item

In the event there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email at returns@bbcmedical.com and let us know in detail of any dissatisfaction you have with your order or experience shopping with BBCMedical.com.

If you need to return an item for a refund:

With the exception of non-returnable items, all unopened products purchased at BBCMedical.com can be returned within 10 days of your receipt provided you have an authorized return merchandise number from our customer support department.

A restocking fee of $8.95 will be assessed on all returns under $75. For returns above $75 a 10% restocking fee will be assessed.

Return Authorization

You will need a Return Authorization (RA) number from BBC Medical. Shipping the item back without an RA number from BBCMedical may delay your refund. To obtain an RA number, simply send an email to returns@bbcmedical.com with the following information:

  • customer name
  • contact information (email and telephone)
  • order number
  • item(s) to be returned, and
  • the reason for returning the item.

Ship To Information

We will give you the ship-to address for your return. If you return the item without receiving the shipping information from BBC Medical LLC, it may delay your refund.

Boxing the Item

The item you are returning must be shipped back in its original box. Please do not write the RA number on the box, doing so will disqualify you from receiving a credit. The RA number can be written on the return shipping label or a separate sheet of paper, just not on the box itself.

Shipping the Item

In order to receive credit, all products must be returned in the original packaging and including all original contents. Items not in their original condition are not returnable.

We highly recommend that you ship the item back using UPS or FedEx. The ability to track your package in transit is vital for you to ensure that it does not become lost and that it reaches its destination. Unfortunately, if the item never reaches the warehouse, we cannot issue you a credit.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In general, it takes approximately 10 business days for the warehouse to receive the item you have shipped to them and to see a refund on your credit card statement. It is BBC Medical’s policy to issue the refund to the same credit card with which the order was placed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Non-Returnable Items:

Returns are not accepted for the following items:

  • opened and/or assembled furniture,
  • special order items,
  • opened or used medical items or devices which can no longer be sent back to the manufacturer,
  • custom or made to order products,
  • any perishable items,
  • medicines,
  • any items (such as certain clothing items or health products) that cannot be returned due to hygienic concerns
  • First aid items, including first aid kits, first aid refills and other related first aid products

Workwear, Uniforms, Industrial Garments or similar items may not be returned once embroidered or if altered.  If non-embroidered, above stated return policy will apply.

You can reach customer support by email at returns@bbcmedical.com.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at returns@bbcmedical.com

Sale items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

All claims for damaged or missing items must be made within 48 hrs of receipt.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@bbcmedical.com

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
